CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Free returns are available within the U.S for all items within 30 days of purchase provided the return conditions specified below are met. (Shipping cost is non-refundable outside of The United States).
1. STEPS TO RETURN PURCHASE
1)Place the item in the original shipping box and all original packaging material.
2)Complete the Returns Form on our website and click submit button.
3)Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the box.
4)Drop your package in any shopping location. Please note that we (YingCai, Inc) are not responsible for international return shipping cost.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
1)Purchases must be returned to the original shipping address with the original Returns Form.
2)Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all Ying Cai product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
3)Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Ying Cai reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
3. RECEIVING A REFUND
1)Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
2)On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 business days. (business days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.)
3)Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
4)If the product which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.
4. EXCHANGES
No orders can be exchanged. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, please ensure the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through www.yingcainewyork.com at any time.
5. GIFT RETURS
Products returned will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the purchase date and ensure the return conditions are met.
6. CANCELING YOUR ORDER
We are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been shipped or placed after 3 days.
Your order will be processed and subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent on shipping. On delivery if any items are unsuitable and meet the return conditions, please follow the instructions in returning your purchase.
